Psychology, redesigned.

Your emotions, realigned.

To achieve the impossible, it is precisely the unthinkable that must be thought.
— Tom Robbins

Harnessing Ecstasy

“Never make a decision when you have to pee.” — Leonard Cohen, Beautiful Losers. “I can’t think straight right now… I really need to pee!” — you, that one time. Never make decisions when you’re yearning for relief. “I need to make more money.” “I need to feel accomplished.” ”I need to build a legacy.” Oh, the pressure, the yearning.

When you empty your bladder next, all your problems will disappear, and in that moment, you’ll feel ecstatic. ”Ahhh, this feels amazing. This is the best feeling!” You know, you can be that feeling. You can transcend your checklists, your concerns, your needs, your limited scope of understanding. You can access the infinite library of the universe.

About Renae

When was the last time you felt truly seen—like someone understood the real you, and their presence alone made you feel it? Maybe you felt exposed, even repulsed by the experience. That’s common. Some aren’t ready for that kind of clarity, even if they long for it. Or maybe you felt alive, energized by the sense that your truth was mirrored back to you. In that moment, you saw yourself clearly—courageous, capable, unstoppable. And then you proved it, effortlessly achieving things you’d always known, deep down, were meant for you.

But what if, instead, you felt agitated? Perhaps those comforting lies you clung to no longer offered solace. The truth called to you, but shame over past choices kept you silent, alone, and guilty. Or maybe you felt relief—someone finally saw you and offered guidance so aligned it felt like hearing your own thoughts, even if you’d never thought them before.

I’ve seen these responses many times. For better or worse, I’ve become a human mirror. After tens of thousands of hours of concentrated inner work, I’ve learned to reflect truths back to people with love, clarity, and non-judgment. For some, it’s a breakthrough. For others, it’s a confrontation. But in every session, I offer a framework for authenticity, courage, and access to the infinite unknown—a framework I’ve lived by since 2014, when I walked away from a life that looked good, to build one of perfection.

In February 2014, I was a television executive and poker player living in Studio City, California with my partner of 5 years. I was 32 years old. Things were okay. Not perfect. You know the feeling. I did something odd, which was swiftly up and leave it all, with no personal savings, and with no plan. Some nice people tried to help me. “What are your goals? If you tell me your goals, I can help you reach the next level. I can help you out of this hole.”

“But I’m not in a hole,“ I’d say. “I consciously chose to make a change. I’ll live minute by minute, and not make any plans. Things will work out better than I can ever imagine.” They were afraid for me, and I wasn’t afraid. How did I know this strategy would produce fruits beyond my wildest dreams? Well, because:

  1. My future is some combination of the limited things I already understand and the unlimited things I don’t yet understand.

  2. When I yearn for something specific, I confine myself to a narrow set of actions—ones I believe will lead to my current goals.

  3. But when I let go of that yearning, I open myself to a much larger set of possibilities. From that expansive set of actions, the optimal results emerge—results beyond anything I could plan for.

The coconut oil of ideologies, this framework is simple, versatile and remarkably effective. It’s the foundation of millennia-old narratives and recent scientific breakthroughs alike—a formula that cultivates security, courage, gratitude, authenticity, and clarity. Once internalized, it unlocks access to the infinite unknown. And best of all? It’s an experience available to every living human.

Remind and Psychology

[This section was taken from an analysis provided in May, 2015 by Dr. Kai Ludwigs, Founder & Director, Happiness Research Organisation.]

When people think in terms of problems they limit their thought process, limit their actions, and limit their productivity. A limited mindset leads to a decline in happiness levels, sometimes even resulting in physical health problems. Remind is designed to change people’s perspective. Focusing on certainties to change their mindset from anxious and confused to clear and equipped. This results in better actions - thus increasing productivity and contentment. In short: a happier, healthier and more meaningful life.

Scientific Background:

Remind is an original formula that combines three major psychological theories. Client-centered therapy, from Carl Rogers (1966), focuses on encouraging the individual to find their own solutions. Depth psychology, having its roots in the work of Sigmund Freud, focuses on not only the individual’s present and recent past. It focuses on going back to the roots of a problem or a challenge. Lastly, cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on changing first your thoughts, and then your actions. When combining these major theories, among others, you’ll be able to condition your own mind. You’ll eventually be able to naturally experience less anxiety, more clarity and sharper instincts, which leads to enhanced physical health, a sense of inner peace and an overall happier life.

Kara is trained in art therapy and postmodernism, and incorporates those modalities into her therapeutic practice. She believes in the strengths of her clients to overcome adversity, as well as in utilizing innovative approaches to help individuals to heal.]

When utilizing the AXM profile, individuals employ their own inner strengths to identify and clarify their beliefs, values, and intentions. They empower themselves to take the helm in resolving the psychological issues that very well may have hijacked their consciousness and ability to overcome them. This echoes the narrative of solution-focused therapy approaches in the sense that the individual always holds the key to resolving the challenges with which they might be coping.

Instead of creating an expert/patient dynamic, the AXM profile focuses on reminding the individual of their agency and expertise in finding unique solutions to sometimes very difficult problems. The AXM profile also enables users to bear witness to the ways in which their own sense of self and boundaries with others impacts their perception and abilities. Instead of being the passive experiencer of difficult times, the AXM profile can help users to become empowered and their voices amplified in useful ways. They become the protagonist instead of the victim.
